What we collect, and what we don’t
This notice covers Valiantis Real Estate Media — this page, the portfolio, the booking form, and the Plan a Shoot experience. The rest of valiantis.co has its own notice.

When you request a booking
The booking form asks for your name and email, and optionally your phone number, the property address or area, the package you have in mind, and any notes about access, dates, or square footage. You choose what to put in it; only the name and email are required.
Plan a Shoot works the same way and sends to the same place. What you answer on the way through — the property type, the coverage, the address, the approximate size, the dates, the priorities, and your notes — stays in your browser and is sent nowhere until you add your name and email on the last screen and press the booking button. Leaving the page before that sends nothing and stores nothing.
What you send goes to Valiantis so a real person can reply with availability and next steps. It is delivered through the Valiantis form collector at utility.valiantis.co, which is our own system, not an advertising platform. We do not sell it, rent it, or add you to an unrelated marketing list.
Emailing gustavo@valiantis.co directly works the same way, and skips the form entirely.
Keeping the form clean
The form carries a hidden field that people never see and bots tend to fill in, and submissions are rate limited by IP address for a short window. That IP check happens in memory while the request is being handled. Your IP address is not attached to the booking request and is not passed on with it.
Analytics are off unless you turn them on
No analytics load until you choose “Allow analytics” from the Analytics preference control in the footer. Until then, Google Analytics is never loaded and no analytics cookies are set.
If you do allow it, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate use — which pages and which properties get looked at. Events carry the page origin and path, not query strings or full referrer paths. Names, emails, phone numbers, property addresses, and anything you typed into the notes field are never sent to Google. Ad personalization and Google signals stay off.
Where a booking came from
With analytics allowed, we keep a limited first-party record in your browser of the page you landed on, the referring site’s origin, approved campaign parameters and click IDs, the time of your first visit, your language, and whether you are on a phone, tablet, or desktop. It is kept for up to 90 days and attached to a booking request so we can tell which listing, post, or ad brought you here.
Without analytics allowed, none of it is stored and none of it is sent.
Your choice, and the one thing we always store
You can switch between “Allow analytics” and “Essential only” at any time from the footer of any page on this route. Choosing Essential only stops analytics from loading on the refreshed page, clears the stored attribution record, and removes the Google Analytics cookies the site can reach.
Your choice itself is remembered in your browser for a year, in local storage and in a first-party cookie. That preference is the only thing stored on your device when analytics are off — it is what keeps them off. Booking, browsing, and every page here work the same either way.
Photographs of properties
Shoots happen at the invitation of the listing agent or the owner. A selection of finished frames appears in the portfolio as work samples, published under the property or shoot name.
If you are the agent, owner, or occupant of a property shown here and you want an image taken down, email gustavo@valiantis.co and it comes down. No explanation needed.
What this page loads from elsewhere
The display typeface is served by Adobe Fonts, so your browser requests the stylesheet from Adobe and Adobe sees that request. Photography and video on this route are served from this site. There are no third-party ad pixels, trackers, embedded social widgets, or chat scripts on these pages.
How long we keep things
Booking requests are kept as business records for as long as we need them to answer you and to work together on the property. Attribution expires at 90 days. You can ask for a copy of what we hold from a booking request, or ask us to delete it, by emailing gustavo@valiantis.co.
This notice describes how the site currently works, in plain language. It is general information rather than a legal guarantee or legal advice.
